MARGARET JANE WHITEOAK LTD

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a size?

Review the fit note and available options on the product page, then consult the size guide. Contact support if your choice depends on an exact product measurement.

What currency is shown?

Product and checkout totals use the currency for your visit, based on the country Cloudflare sees for the request.

How do I pay?

Once the store opens, choose items, open your bag, and select Go to payment. Payments are securely processed for this storefront by KOOL MODE LLC.

Why does checkout show KOOL MODE LLC?

KOOL MODE LLC is the confirmed payment merchant for this storefront.

When is my order confirmed?

Payment must be verified by the store server. Keep the payment receipt and order reference; a return page alone is not proof of payment.

Can I return an item?

Read the refund and return policy. The return window and final eligibility conditions must be confirmed before checkout opens.

Is my bag saved?

Yes. Selections are stored in this browser on this device, but they do not reserve inventory.

Where can I get help?
